New Import Requirements

Beginning July 8, 2026, the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) will require importers to electronically submit Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) and General Certificate of Conformity (GCC) data before entry.


The regulation is designed to improve data accuracy and strengthen border risk assessment, making early preparation essential to avoid shipment delays and entry holds.
